Jaime Lopez- R&D MWD Shop Manager
Jaime J. Lopez, a highly skilled Electrical and Electronics Engineer, has consistently proven himself as a dedicated and innovative professional in the oil and gas industry. With a strong educational foundation from Universidad Juarez Autonoma de Tabasco in Mexico, Jaime has amassed extensive experience and knowledge that spans over two decades.
His career journey began at Integradora de Perforaciones y Servicios (IPS) in 2005, where he initially took on the role of MWD Shop Manager and later became the MWD Field Coordinator. Jaime's expertise in tool testing, maintenance, logistics, and personnel management paved the way for his future success.
In 2007, Jaime joined Crescent Directional Drilling, where he held various positions over the course of almost nine years.
Jaime's journey continued at Wellbenders Directional Drilling in March 2016, where he served as the MWD R&D Manager. In this role, he successfully improved maintenance processes, set up a shop in Midland and Conroe, and provided technical support to clients. Under his leadership, the company achieved a significant increase in the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
